Colophon reads: Imprinted at London by Iohn Windet, for Iohn Harrison the younger, dwelling in Pater noster roe, at the signe of the Anker, and are there to be solde. 1591. Signatures: *⁴ A-N⁴. The comma after "chiualry" in the title may be a raised space. The hyphen in "Pater-noster" is also debatable.
